How Boiler Repair Works
We use a two-visit approach so you always know what you're paying for before any work starts.
Visit 1 — Diagnostic (£75+VAT)
We attend your property and do a full diagnostic of the boiler. We identify the fault, check related components, and give you a clear explanation of what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix.
The diagnostic fee is a fixed £75+VAT. It is non-refundable and is not credited toward the repair. This covers the engineer's time, expertise, and travel — regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Visit 2 — Repair (quoted price)
Once you approve the quote, we order the parts and come back to do the repair. The price you were quoted is the price you pay — no hourly overruns, no extras.
If the boiler isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you honestly and can discuss replacement options instead.
